PAST LEADERSHIP
In 2014, Barbara Brannon and Kay Ellington realized that Texas is its own nation of books and on Groundhog Day, 2015, they launched LSLL to serve bookish Texas and added partner Michelle Newby Lancaster to the mix soon after. In January 2019, they passed the torch to Kristine Hall. Kristine forged ahead, putting her own mark on the Texas literary scene until retiring in May 2024.
